We are currently working on an apartment complex in Orland using 9 square foot rolls of Dwarf Fescue Blue.

Drawf Fescue Blue is a blend of Dwarf Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass.  It is the perfect type of sod for an apartment complex not only because of its durability and its moderate texture, but also because of its vibrant green color that it holds all year round.
